The service team is quick, kind, and personable. Nice to find people persons in car service, you don’t always find that at a dealership level. The only reason I took off a star was because of the finance team. The sales team did their job perfect, but the finance team made numerous mistakes with the temporary tags, gave us tags and paperwork assigned to a completely different customer and car, and failed to set up our autopay for 2 weeks of us constantly calling. We could never reach the finance representative, only the very helpful and loving sales team that relayed the message for us time and time again. Everything ended up working out, but the finance reps are either inexperienced or too overwhelmed. ”
